Online conference delegate registration, presentation abstract submission etc can be done on the conference website. Except for certain presentations (forum etc), all abstracts should be written in English. Presentation title, presenters and affiliations in Japanese should also be included in the English abstract. In addition, for oral presentation, the choice of presentation language (Japanese or English) should be selected during registration. (Presentation language will be stated in the programme to notify delegates from overseas)

Young Scientists’ Symposium:

“Future perspectives of drug discovery based on exploratory and innovative technologies”
Young scientists’ symposium will be held concurrently with Forum 2008. No age restriction to attend this symposium. It is hope that all will participate in the motivating the young scientists.

Oral Presentations / Poster Presentations:

The format of presentation is as the previous years, oral and poster. Oral presentation’s time is 12 minutes (talk 9 minutes, Q&A 3 minutes). Best poster award has been set for poster presentation. Kindly be informed that the awardees will be selected only from the presentation titles that have indicated to be considered for best poster award during registration.

Luncheon Seminar:

2-3 conference sites/day, on October 30th, 31st and November 1st.

Points on presentation title registration

  1. In this annual meeting, submission of presentation title and abstract will be carried out together.
  2. Submission of presentation title can only be done online. Please click on the [presentation title submission] on the main menu to move to the submission webpage. 
  3. Only one presentation title is allowed for each submission.
  4. Period of presentation title submission: 1st May (Thu) – 10th July (Thu) 2008.
  5. Plasma projector will be used for all oral presentation.

Restriction of Annual Meeting

Any form of data recording is strictly prohibited: Photography, video and audio recording are strictly prohibited for the protection of presenters' copyright of their unpublished data.
